Processing Time
- Since all items are handmade on demand, please allow 1-2 weeks for your piece to be created before it is shipped. Full custom orders may require additional time depending on the design and complexity.
- You will receive an email update once your order is complete and ready to ship.

Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. 
- International Shipping: Delivery times can vary greatly depending on the destination and customs.  Please be aware of typical shipping times from the US. .

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at TheRiotSphere@Gmail.com.  We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry as soon as possible.
