   - Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.

   - Items must be shipped back within 7 days after notification of return.

3. **Refunds**:
   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
   - Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. **Non-Returnable Items**:
   - Custom-made items, as well as any items marked "Final Sale," cannot be returned or refunded.
